I visited Wallace Bishop to get a watch band put on my ancient watch. Dee took on the job and after some trouble with the rusted in pins managed to fit the band for me. I asked how much? And Dee said no charge! I know where I'll be going to get my next watch!

I called in to ask for a ring to cleaned. I expected to pay a fee for this service but they wouldn’t accept anything. Moreover both Maribeth and Rachel could not have been any more helpful. The ring after cleaning looked brand new. Wallace and Bishop are lucky to have them. Thank you so much for the service.

Rachel 2 was amazing, her customer service is second to none and is a great ambassador for the store. She told us the history of the bluebird and company and went out of her way to find something not in stock. The experience has differentiated wallace bishop from surrounding jewellers.

I was met with a friendly face from Eliza who helped me in picking out a present for a close friend. Eliza was knowledgeable about the stones and metals and explained everything in great detail. Will return to Eliza for future purchases.
